Enter the product name in both English and Arabic.

Description:
Provide a brief description to offer more context about the product. This can include details like ingredients, usage, or product highlights.
Example:
"A fresh and creamy milk sourced from the finest farms, perfect for your daily nutrition needs."
Upload Image:
Click or drag and drop an image of the product for visual representation.
Example: Upload an image of the milk carton to help customers and team members easily identify the product.
This section deals with how the product fits into your brand structure and tax categories.
Brand:
Select the appropriate brand from the drop-down menu. This links the product to a specific brand identity.
Example: Almarai, Nadec, etc.
Category:
Choose a product category that best describes the item. Categories help with reporting, filtering, and stock management.
Example: Dairy Products, Bakery, Beverages, etc.
VAT:
Specify the Value-Added Tax (VAT) applicable to the product. Common VAT rates in Saudi Arabia are either 0% or 15%.
Example: Select 15% if this is the VAT rate for dairy products.
Batching (Optional):
Toggle this option if the product needs to be managed in batches, which is useful for perishable or batch-specific products (e.g., dairy, and bakery items).
Example: If selling perishable milk that has different batch numbers and expiry dates, turn on the batching feature.3. Product Variants
Tijarah360 supports both single and multiple product variants. You can configure different versions of the same product here.
Single Variant:
Use this option if the product has only one version.
Example: A single variant for "Full Cream Milk 1L" where there’s no change in size, flavour, or packaging.
Multiple Variants:
Choose this option if the product has multiple variants such as different sizes, colors, or flavors.
Example: Variants for "Juice" could include 250ml, 500ml, and 1L sizes, or different flavours like "Orange," "Mango," and "Apple."
This section allows you to define specific pricing, coding, and selling options for the product.
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit):
Enter the SKU manually or use the "Generate random SKU" feature for an automatic identifier. The SKU helps track inventory accurately.
Example: SKU for "Full Cream Milk 1L" might be 3242312321 (a typical EAN-13 barcode).
Cost Price (SAR):
Enter the price at which the product is purchased or produced. This is critical for profit margin calculations.
Example: SAR 3.50 for "Full Cream Milk 1L."
Product Code (Optional):
If applicable, enter a product code, such as a barcode or internal reference code.
Example: 1234567890 (a typical EAN-13 barcode).
Selling Price (SAR):
Set the price at which the product will be sold to customers. This will be visible at checkout and within your store.
Example: Selling price could be SAR 5.00 for the "Full Cream Milk 1L."
Unit:
Define the unit in which the product is sold. Options include per item, per kg, per pack, etc.
Example: For milk, select Per Item; for fruits, you might choose Per Kg.
Margin:
The system auto-calculates the profit margin based on the difference between the cost price and selling price.
Example: If cost price = SAR 3.50 and selling price = SAR 5.00, the margin would be 30% (SAR 1.50).
Non-Sellable:
Toggle this option if the product is not for sale but needs to remain in the system for inventory tracking (e.g., free samples or raw materials).
Example: A product like promotional items could be marked as Non-Sellable.
This section specifies the ways customers can order the product.
Order Types:
Select from the available order types such as Online, Pickup, Dine-In, or Delivery. You can select more than one, depending on how you want to offer the product.
Example: If the product is available for both in-store and online sales, choose both Online and Pickup.
Online Ordering:
Toggle this option on if the product should be available for online purchases via your eCommerce platform.
Example: If the "Full Cream Milk 1L" is available for online orders, turn this option on.
Once all details are filled, review the information to ensure accuracy.
Click Create:
Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click the Create button to add the product to the system. If any required fields (marked with an asterisk *) are missing, the system will prompt you to complete them.
Inventory Management:
You can manage the stock for each variant by clicking the Manage Stock button. This lets you adjust quantities and set alerts for low stock levels.
Images and Descriptions:
High-quality product images and well-detailed descriptions significantly enhance the product’s appeal, especially for online ordering.
