Step 1: Select the Type

• Type: Choose between "Box" or "Crate" depending on your packaging type.
  Example: Select "Box" if you are creating a box of chocolates.

Step 2: Enter the Name

• Name (English): Provide a clear and concise name for the box in English.
  Example: "Chocolate Assorted Box (Small)"
• Name (Arabic): Enter the equivalent name in Arabic.
  Example: "علبة شوكولاتة متنوعة (صغيرة)"

Step 3: Link the Product

• Product: Select the primary product contained in this box.
  Example: "Assorted Chocolates"

Step 4: Define the Product Count

• Product Count: Enter the number of items in the box.
  Example: "12" (indicating 12 chocolates in the box)

Step 5: Assign a SKU

• Box/Pack SKU: Generate or enter a unique SKU for the box. You can use the Generate Random SKU button to automate this.
  Example: "BX-CHOC-SML-001"

Step 6: Add the Box Code

• Box Code: Use an internal identifier or code to easily track the box.
  Example: "CHOCBX01"

Step 7: Set Pricing

• Cost Price: Input the cost price of creating the box (in SAR).
  Example: "20.00 SAR"
• Selling Price: Input the retail price of the box (in SAR).
  Example: "35.00 SAR"

Step 8: Provide Additional Details

• Description: Add a description to highlight key details of the box.
  Example: "A small box of 12 assorted premium chocolates, perfect for gifting."
• Non-Saleable Toggle: If this box is not intended for direct sale, switch this toggle to ON.

Step 9: Assign Locations

• Locations: Specify the store or warehouse where this box will be available.
  Example: "Riyadh Warehouse"

Step 10: Configure Stock Management

• For each location, provide stock-related details:
  • Billing Availability: Enable or disable billing for this location.
  • Stock Tracking: Choose whether stock levels should be tracked.
  • Stocks: Input the current stock quantity.
  • Low Stock Alert: Set a threshold to get notifications when stock runs low.
  • Alert Count: Specify the low-stock quantity for alerts.
