Creating sections & tables in tijarah360 pos.
This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating and managing sections in Tijarah360. Sections are used to organize and manage tables within specific locations or floors in a restaurant or retail setup.
Step 1: Section Details
Location: Select the location where the section will be created.
Example: "Riyadh Branch"
Section Name (English): Enter a descriptive name for the section in English.
Example: "Family Section"
Section Name (Arabic): Provide the section name in Arabic.
Example: "القسم العائلي"
Floor: Specify the floor where the section is located.
Example: "Ground Floor"
Step 2: Table Details
Automatic Table Name: Select this option to generate table names automatically using a prefix and table number.
Table Prefix: Specify a prefix to identify tables in this section.
Example: "T"
Number of Tables: Enter the total number of tables in this section.
Example: "10"
Result: The system will generate table names like "T1, T2, T3…" based on the prefix.
Custom Table Name: Use this option if you want to manually enter unique table names.
Example: "VIP1, VIP2…"
Table Capacity: Add the seating capacity for each table after creating the section.
Example: "4 seats per table"
Step 3: Save the Section
- Review all the details for accuracy.
- Click Create to save the new section.
