Part 1: Editing Product Details

Step 1: Basic Details

• Product Name (English): Update the product's name in English.
  Example: "Juice"
• Product Name (Arabic): Enter the product's name in Arabic.
  Example: "عصير"
• Contains: Specify the type of product (Veg or Non-Veg).
  Example: Select "Veg" for juice.
• Upload Image: Drag or click to upload a relevant image for the product.

Step 2: Description

• Add a detailed description of the product to make it more informative.
  Example: "A 250ml refreshing natural juice."

Step 3: Brand, Category, and VAT Details

• Brand: Select or update the brand name.
  Example: "7UP"
• Categories: Assign the product to a category for better organization.
  Example: "Beverages"
• Reporting Category: Choose the category for reporting purposes.
  Example: "Drinks"
• VAT: Specify the applicable VAT percentage.
  Example: "15%"
• Batching: Toggle ON/OFF depending on whether the product requires batch tracking.
  Example: OFF for simple items like juice.

Step 4: Variant Type

• Choose whether the product is a Single Variant or Multiple Variant.
  Example: Juice is typically a Single Variant.

Step 5: Variant Details

• SKU: Update or assign a Stock Keeping Unit for the product.
  Example: "7882517228482"
• Cost Price: Enter the cost price in SAR.
  Example: "3 SAR"
• Selling Price: Update the retail price in SAR.
  Example: "5 SAR"
• Unit: Specify the unit of measurement.
  Example: "Per Item"
• Non-Saleable Toggle: Enable this if the product is not for sale.

Part 2: Managing Stock

Step 1: Access Stock Management

Click on Manage Stock in the product edit section to access the stock management settings.

Step 2: Total Stocks

View the total stock count available across all locations.
Example: "20 units of Juice."

Step 3: Specify Locations

Assign or update the product's availability across specific locations.
Example: "rk food warehouse."

Step 4: Manage Stock Tracking

• Manage Stock/Tracking Toggle: Enable or disable inventory tracking for the product.
  Example: Toggle ON for Juice to track stock levels.
• Stocks: Input the total stock quantity for the selected location.
  Example: "20 units."

Step 5: Low Stock Alerts

• Enable the Low Stock Alert Toggle to get notifications when stock falls below a certain threshold.
  • Enter the alert count.
    Example: Set a low stock alert at "5 units."

Step 6: Save Changes

Click Update Stock to finalize any changes.
