Tijarah360 provides a powerful and flexible promotions module to create and manage various types of deals, including Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) offers. Here's how you can set up BOGO or other deals based on the attached screenshot:

Step 1: Access the Promotions Module

1. Navigate to the Promotions section in your Tijarah360 dashboard.
2. Click Create Promotion to start configuring a new offer.

Step 2: Enter Promotion Details

1. Locations: Select the location(s) where this promotion will be applicable.
   Example: "Riyadh Store" or "All Locations."

2. Promotion Name: Provide a descriptive name for the promotion.
   Example: "Buy One Get One Free"

3. Schedule Promotion:

   • Select One-time promotion or Recurring promotion depending on the campaign type.
   • For BOGO, set the specific start and end dates.
     Example:
     • From: "10/12/2024"
     • To: "15/12/2024"

Step 3: Choose Type of Promotion

1. Advanced Promotion: Select the Advanced option to configure a BOGO offer.

2. Discount Type:

   • For a BOGO offer, choose Percentage and set it to 100% for the "Get" item.

3. Applies To:

   • Product: Select specific products eligible for the BOGO offer.
   • Category: Choose a category if the promotion applies to all products within it.
     Example: Apply the deal to "Juice" or "Snacks."

4. Buy/Get Rules: Configure the logic:

   • Set Buy Quantity to "1"
   • Set Get Quantity to "1"

Step 4: Define Target Audience

1. Target This Promotion:

   • Choose Available to everyone to make the deal accessible to all customers.
   • Alternatively, select Exclusive to some to restrict it to specific customer groups or promo code users.

2. Limit Usage (Optional):

   • Restrict how many times the promotion can be used per customer or overall.
     Example: "1 use per customer."

Step 5: Configure Budget and Promo Code

1. Total Budget: If applicable, set a budget for the total discount to be redeemed.
   Example: "Limit to 500 SAR worth of discounts."

2. Promo Code Type (Optional):

   • Choose to make it Automatic or require a Promo Code for redemption.
     Example: "BOGO2024"

Step 6: Save and Activate

1. Review all details of the promotion, including dates, rules, and target audience.
2. Click Create to save and activate the promotion.

How Customers Redeem the BOGO Offer

1. Customers add the eligible items to their cart during checkout.
2. The system automatically applies the "Get 1 Free" discount to the second item.
   Example: Buying 2 bottles of juice will show one of them discounted to 0 SAR.

Example Workflow: Setting Up a BOGO Offer for Snacks

1. Details:

   • Locations: "All Locations"
   • Promotion Name: "BOGO Snacks"
   • Schedule: Start: "05/12/2024," End: "10/12/2024"

2. Promotion Type:

   • Discount Type: Percentage
   • Discount Value: "100%"
   • Applies To: Category: "Snacks"

3. Rules:

   • Buy Quantity: "1"
   • Get Quantity: "1"

4. Save: Activate the promotion.

1. BOGO Offers:
   "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" for beverages or snacks.

2. Mix-and-Match Deals:
   Offer "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" for specific product categories.
