How to enable EAN-13 barcodes on your barcode scanner
Objective
Set your barcode scanner from UPC-A mode to EAN13 mode to add a leading zero
Setup- Retail POS on Mac or PC
- Honeywell 1400g Series scanner
- Scan the barcode below to convert the UPC-A barcode to a 13-digit EAN-13 barcode. This adds a zero to the front of the barcode.
Note: Tested with Honeywell Scanners
