Internal transfers in Tijarah360 allow you to move stock between different locations or warehouses within your organization. This guide walks you through the steps to create and manage an internal transfer effectively.

Step 1: Access the Internal Transfer Module

• Navigate to the Internal Transfer section in Tijarah360.
• Click on the New Transfer button to begin creating an internal transfer.

Step 2: Enter Order Information

1. Order Date: Select the date when the transfer is initiated.
   Example: "27/11/2024"

2. Expected Date: Enter the expected delivery date for the transferred goods.
   Example: "29/11/2024"

3. Ship From: Select the location or warehouse where the stock is being transferred from.
   Example: "Riyadh Warehouse"

4. Ship To: Select the destination location or warehouse.
   Example: "Jeddah Store"

5. Fees: Add any associated fees for the transfer.
   Example: "20 SAR"

6. Freight: Enter the freight charges if applicable.
   Example: "50 SAR"

Step 3: Add Products

1. Use the search bar to locate and add products to the transfer by their Product Name, SKU, or Box SKU.
   Example: Search for "Juice" or SKU "7882517228482."

2. For each product, specify the following details:

   • Quantity: The number of units to transfer.
     Example: "50 units"
   • Available Count: The current stock count at the source location will be displayed.
     Example: "100 units available at Riyadh Warehouse"
   • The system will calculate:
     • Unit Cost Excluding VAT
     • VAT Amount
     • Estimated Total

Step 4: Review Transfer Summary

At the bottom of the page, review the Transfer Summary, which includes:

• Item/Quantity: Total products and units being transferred.
• Fees & Freight: Any additional costs associated with the transfer.
• Subtotal: The cost of items before VAT.
• VAT: Tax calculated based on the VAT percentage.
• Total: The final cost of the transfer.

  • Subtotal: "300 SAR"
  • Fees: "20 SAR"
  • Freight: "50 SAR"
  • VAT: "45 SAR"
  • Total: "415 SAR"

Step 5: Add Notes

• Note: Include any specific instructions or remarks regarding the transfer.
  Example: "Urgent transfer needed to restock the Jeddah store."

Step 6: Finalize the Transfer

• After verifying all details, click the Transfer button to complete the internal transfer. The stock levels at the source and destination locations will be updated automatically.

Example Workflow: Internal Transfer for Juice

1. Order Information:

   • Order Date: "27/11/2024"
   • Expected Date: "29/11/2024"
   • Ship From: "Riyadh Warehouse"
   • Ship To: "Jeddah Store"

2. Add Products:

3. Transfer Summary:

   • Freight: "50 SAR"

4. Notes: "Urgent transfer needed to restock the Jeddah store."

5. Finalize: Click Transfer to complete the process.
